Cough Problems


Cough is a very irritating infection that can have many causes. It can spoil your entire day at work, a date, a movie and not just your day but also the day of the people around you. However, you must not forget that avoiding this and ignoring it can lead to a lot of problems as cough is also a sign for the bigger diseases like tuberculosis, lung cancer and hence it should not be taken lightly.
To escape the pain and irritation of this illness you simply need to take some rest, drink lots of water,if you smoke stop it immediately. There are many other treatments like apply balm-vicks, tiger balm/oil on your chest, neck and nose and rest breathing in the balm. Remember, if  the cough doesn’t go completely with the home remedies make sure to visit your doctor immediately.

Home Remedies for Cough

Home Remedy 1: Take a small piece of ginger of the size of a pea and suck it well to expel cough easily.

Home Remedy 2: Grind liquorices (Jyestha Madh) and dry amla separately. Filter them well and mix it. Take one spoon of this mixture in the morning on empty stomach with water. This helps to expel the cough.

Asthma


Asthma is one of the infections that can affect one since the most early days of life. Asthma is a chronic (long-term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. It causes recurring periods of wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing. The coughing often occurs at night or early in the morning.

Home Remedies for Asthma

Home Remedy 1: Take 5 drops of sea tortoise oil with water for 3 days will give relief from the diseases.

Home Remedy 2: Take a ripen banana without removing peel just make some holes. Put some mineral salt and black pepper powder in it. Let it be laid in moon lit night. In the morning roast and eat this. Eat it for 2 to 3 times a day.
